Nurses appointments are relatively easy, doctors not. Recently did an econsult which took 4 days for a response, resulting in an appointment in 6 weeks. I chose to get my condition treated privately….. I felt let down.

I have had two experiences with nurses recently - where faulty equipment was an issue. Thought I’d mention it…… also treatment room windows were covered in cobwebs! Also regarding question below. ‘I identify with’……. I’ve never identified……. I am female, was born female, and very happy to remain female…….. would be overjoyed if surgery could up their game with female healthcare. Not a complaint but an observation

Excellent service, with excellent people. I was always looked after fantastically by friendly and kind people who were ready to help.

I can't see anything more, it was perfect.
